Location at the crossroads of logistics
Kure Business Park is located in the Lehmja-Jüri industrial area, near the Jüri Ring. The Jüri traffic junction is one of the busiest intersections in Estonia, which, according to the Transport Authority, is crossed by more than 40,000 cars a day. Fast and convenient access to all main trade routes is guaranteed from Jüri ring: Paldiski, Via Baltica, Narva and Tartu directions.
At the same time, the border of Tallinn city is only a 7-minute drive away along the Tartu highway, which makes business quick and convenient. The established exit roads are completely logical to get there without a lot of twisting. The access to Kure Business Park is along Põrguvälja and Kurekivi roads.
A regular bus connection has been established between Tallinn city center and Jüri township, and the nearest bus stops are Põrguvälja and Viadukti tee. In the surrounding area, there are gas stations for every preference, and lunch breaks can be spent in the Kalevi canteen and cafes in the Jüri township.
The village of Jüri together with the villages of Pildiküla and Lehmja has undergone a thorough renovation over the past ten years – the main highways and exits have been repaired, which has further accelerated the creation of new business parks in the area. Kawe and Capital Mill are also building commercial real estate right next to Kure Business Park.
Today, a fully functional and active business environment has developed in Jüri’s industrial and logistics district. Numerous companies have found a new location for their business in the region, including Orkla, Rimi, Volvo, Ramirent, Itella, Omniva, Smarten and many others.
